The house has been modernised and fully furnished to a high standard with some of the nice original features being kept. It has gas central heating and double glazing throughout. The hallway has laminate flooring. All three bedrooms are double-sized and have double beds. Each bedroom is hard-wired for broadband connection. The separate lounge has a new remote control electric stove, sofa and armchair and a 32” LCD TV with DVD player. There is a dishwasher, tumble dryer, fridge-freezer, oven, hob, microwave and washing machine in the kitchen/dining area. A table and chairs is provided for dining. The modern shower room has a large shower cubicle with power shower, hand basin and toilet. The house has a very homely feel and is very secure as there is no back entrance.
