We have twelve properties close to The University of York and one further property close to the York St.John University. We were winners at the last three York Good Landlord Awards. We have won in various categories including the York RLA Landlord of the Year as well as others for Outstanding Service and Most Responsive Landlord.
We live locally and take pride in giving a friendly and more personal service (without the use of agencies) and making sure all our student tenants feel comfortable when contacting us. We are always happy to help should any problems arise, no matter how small.

We are normally able to arrange a viewing on any day of the week, just give us a call and we will do our best to fit in with you. We also can provide video tours via mobile phone of all properties. Mainly our viewings take place in Dec/Jan and we are normally fully let by the end of January each year.
